Our two Ningbo factories cover injection molding, assembly, quality control, packaging and warehousing on adjacent sites. The integrated setup means shorter internal lead times, fewer hand-offs and a single quality system from raw material to finished good.

Six QC staff conduct inspections at incoming, in-process and final stages against documented specifications. Defect tracking and corrective actions are recorded for every batch so we can trace back issues when they occur.
Three R&D engineers work on new product concepts, cost-down engineering and small-batch tooling changes. We update our product range each year with refinements to ergonomics, materials and accessory sets.
Our 3,000 m² warehouse keeps finished goods, packaging materials and accessories ready for export. Loading is organized by destination market so containers can be assembled with the right documentation.
